NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Ladies, if you want to marry Mr. Right, it helps to be nice to Mr. Wrong -- at least during breakfast time.

According to Miami-based attorney Margaret Kent, a woman who wants to settle down needs to get out and meet men, and she says the best place to do that is to regularly have breakfast at a "little breakfast nook."

She says there are always single men eating at those places who are flirting with the waitresses and recommends sitting at the counter instead of a booth so you'll be visible.

Also make sure you say hello to the lowliest guy at the restaurant because, as she puts it, "It will show you're approachable."

Besides being nice to bums, Kent claims it's crucial to be kind to the most powerful-looking guy in the restaurant so the men will know you're self-confident.

Kent must know what she's talking about because her book, "How To Marry The Man Of Your Choice" (Warner Books) is coming out in a 20th Anniversary edition on Jan. 3.
